Following my signal, which I trust reached you all, dated 2 July, I am delighted now to be able to progress matters further by ref. to that from Baker below :
Up to this point, I have been advised that all Crew will be sailing, save for Barrister & Boots and so please let me have final confirmation by return...this will also enable Banker / me to determine that yahoogroups continues to flourish. B&H, you will receive this via hotmail, but have also copied to your new business address, as req'd...please let Banker know for future.
Baker tells me he is intending to bring a lawyer as SCC and we need to know soonest how many others - ie SCCs, not lawyers !!
